SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across the UK with Royal Mail recorded delivery. Our delivery is free of charge on all orders over £300. Once your order leaves us you will receive notification details to your email. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you fall in love with your new ChalukyÏ purchase - however if you do change your mind and would like to return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us directly within the first 14 days of receiving your order via info@chalukyi.com
Before you physically return anything to us please wait for an email confirmation which will contain all the information you’ll need to return your piece.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original packaging.
Please be aware that return shipping charges are your responsibility and will vary depending on your location. Please note return shipping costs are not refundable.
Please notify us of the tracking number so that we can keep an eye on it this side for you and notify you as soon as we have safely received it. Please email this through to info@chalukyi with your details.
All refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned items and are refunded to the original payment method on the original order. Processing times may vary between financial institutions, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear.
Important notes:
Items with missing pieces or exhibiting damage from misuse, abuse or negligence will be declined at our discretion.
Please note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
